Standard (MV)
Robust construction made of painted or acid resistant steel, heavy-duty side guards made of acid resistant steel, brushes’ bearings made of S235 steel (premium class) or AISI304, hydraulic installation made of acid resistant pipes, advanced electrical system, integrated lubrication system.
ECO-Line (MV-E)
Robust construction made of painted steel, heavy-duty side guards made of galvanised iron, all contacting elements made of acid resistant steel, brushes’ bearings made of S235 steel (premium class), hydraulic installation made of galvanised pipes, simplified electrical system.
Description:
The working element consists of rotary brush roll units in form of a barrel which rotates in the opposite direction to the rotation of the brushes. In the process of washing, the produce is rinsed with both recycled and fresh water from an external installation.
The brushes’ drive consists of four V-belts and two belts linking the raised rollers. The barrel is powered by a combined V-belt. The rotation speed of the barrel and the brush roll units can be adjusted. The MV Brush Polisherfeatures an adjustable out-feed door.
The brushes’ segments with the length of 100mm have toothed edges with a square hole fitting the axes. The brushes’ clusters are fastened to an acid resistant wire. The brush rolls have pins made of AISI304 steel (acid resistant).
Integrated lubrication system is installed in all STANDARD line machines (optional for the ECO-Line).

Water recycling system with a circulating pump and screening system.
