The brush roll units are powered by V-belts to ensure their quiet and stable operation. Functional guards allow easy and direct access to the brush roll units’ bearings. A fresh water sprinkler is mounted above the working unit. The models featuring a water recycling system are equipped with an additional recycled-water sprinkler. The washing time of the raw material can be regulated with an adjustable screen. The working speed of the brushes is regulated by a frequency converter.
Operation:
The raw material is loaded into the washing chamber where it is polished by rotating brushes and high-pressure water spray jets and then moves towards the adjustable out-feed gate. The throughput is regulated by the amount of the raw material and the position of the out-feed gate.
Materials:
The body of the MW919 U-Barrel Polisher is made of sandblasted carbon steel covered with two layers of an industrial coating. The machine features sheet zinc side guards. All contacting elements are made of acid resistant steel.
